All Kokatat products are fully guaranteed to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at Kokatat’s option. Repairs due to normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, etc., will be made for a reasonable charge. Latex gaskets are not covered by the Kokatat warranty. There is a 2 year limited warranty on all TROPOS suits. The manufacturer specifically disavows any other representative warranty or liability relative to the condition or use of the product.
If you have warranty issues, need repair work or custom options added to an existing Kokatat garment, feel free to take it into your local dealer or contact Kokatat Customer Service at 800.225.9749 (toll free in the US), 707.822.7621 or email@example.com. You will receive a Return Authorization number before sending it to us. You will be responsible for paying return shipping charges.
YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) BEFORE SENDING ANY GARMENT TO KOKATAT!
Please request an RA# from our Customer Service department, and make sure to write that number on the outside of the package before sending it to the address below. When emailing Kokatat for repairs please provide a contact address and phone number with your email.

California State Law requires that all garments returned for repairs must be laundered. Please wash your garment before sending back to Kokatat for repairs. There will be a $25 charge for unwashed items. For front loading washers use a small amount of liquid detergent, cold wash setting and hang to dry. For washers with agitator use gentle cycle, a minimal amount of liquid laundry detergent, double rinse and hang to dry.

The most common repair on a dry suit is a gasket replacement. If a gasket needs attention you have three options:
1. Kokatat can replace it for you. We can only use our own gaskets, so please don't send in any, especially no other brands please.
2. Have the store where you bought the gear or a regional repair facility do the repair.
3. You can replace it using our Gasket Replacement Kit - see the Gasket Repair & Other Instructions page.
We do offer gasket repair services; this generally takes about 2 weeks plus shipping time. Obtain an RA# before sending anything in (see REPAIR above). All RA's need to come to us clean, or a washing fee will be applied. Many dealers also provide gasket repair service. Repair tools may be purchased from Kokatat.
