    I bought several Kokatat Aries PFD's. I run a kayaking program for refugee youth/young adults who have been through horrific trauma. I guide several participants at a time, beginning with slow moving streams and lakes and then, after several weeks, gradually introducing them to more dynamic waters. I need to have the best and safest equipment for them, as many are afraid of the water when we start out. I also need PFD's that I know can be adjusted perfectly, securely, yet comfortably. These PFD's are the perfect answer to these needs. They have a wide range of adjustment, fit snugly, yet are not at all uncomfortable to wear for many hours at a time. On my last trip, several of them said it felt as if they were experiencing a warm hug all day long. That's what every PFD should be like. That's also exactly what I hope our participants feel about this program.

    I've bought and returned 5 PFDs, searching for one that actually fits. I'm 5'4" tall, 125 lbs, and I paddle high end inflatables. Every vest I tried ended up on my chine. Until this one! Five stars. Great PFD, fits well and is comfortable, even with high back inflatable kayak seats. It fits well, small, even for a lady with no boobs. It's a bit more "greenish" than pics made it seem, I thought it was a true yellow, but I still really like it a lot.
