Outstanding warranty repair
A rodent managed to chew through my husband's drysuit and it was still relatively new. That said, I opted for the factory repair option, and the workmanship is great and the time it took to complete the repair was reasonable. I can't say enough good things about Kotatat. I'll be a lifelong custoner.
