Bridgett Howard has been an angler all her life. Attending the Nashville boat show several years ago – she went not because she was interested in the sparkly boats, but because she wanted to listen to the fishing seminars. She found a kindred spirit and mentor there. “I opened myself, listened, learned; wrote, photographed and invested every spare moment I had to pushing my passions. Making every moment on the water simultaneously a learning and teaching moment gives unique perspective – keep yourself open!” says Bridgett.
Her goals are to ignite dormant passions and invite people to revisit places they may have otherwise forgotten or never discovered. Encouraging others to embrace, protect and share the resources we crave, breathe and love through paddling, angling, writing, designing and engaging. Showing that anyone can be a kayak angler, and that winter doesn’t have to keep you off the water.
