    Repair and Testing

    I had a tear in a knee of my relatively new drysuit. I contacted Kokatat about my options for repair and they recommended I send it back to the factory. When I got the suit back they had done an amazing job. The patch is invisible from the outside, and they cleaned the suit so that it looks brand new. Except for the patch which I can feel if I look for it I would have sworn that it was in fact a new suit! All this for less that $100 including shipping. Great service, and a fantastic deal. I'm happy to recommend Kokatat to anyone in the market for a drysuit.

    Exceptional and generous service! I was curious about what I would find with a test, and I thought I felt a little wet in trips this year so I ordered this when sending it in for a wrist gasket replacement. I've worn my two piece Idol suit since 2016 for over 130 trips, mostly in the southeast, and (using the top) for two Grand Canyon Trips, as well as various training programs and instruction. They found more spot leaks that I figured (the fabric looks fine to the eye, but they must have found something). What I didn't expect was that they replaced the main waist zipper and the neoprene neck collar at no charge. I was a little concerned about wear and tear on these items, but I thought they were still in passable condition. Apparently they didn't pass Kokatat's expectations and they replaced them at no charge. Kokatat barely mentioned it to me, other than their internal notes and parts list on the return paperwork. I bought a Kokatat suit because of stories like this from others, and now I get to experience it first hand. When you buy a Kokatat suit, you get high quality gear that you can expect to wear for a lifetime. Fully worth the price. Thanks, Kokatat!

    Drysuit repair

    Highly impressed with the speed of service and the repairs made to the drysuit. A little awkward on the authorization for repair request and having to make a payment to be later refunded again. Make no mistake about the repair. Excellent craftsmanship.
